What are the different party packages and what’s included?

There are a few ways to do birthdays. You may purchase tickets and visit as a group or book one of our packages, which includes a private party room. The General Admission ticket price varies by day, time, and location. Party room packages include the following:

  • Slimetender Concierge(s) to assist you with party needs (staffing costs vary based on the location).
  • Party room access (room fees vary by day, location, and time).
  • Catering is available.  We offer multiple options (pricing varies based on menus); guests are also able to handle their own catering needs.

Is there a guest minimum required to book a party room?

Minimum guest count is 10 people (you may also book if your party is smaller, but the price remains at the minimum).

What about guests under the age of 2?

There will not be a charge for guests less than 2 years old.

Are adults included in head count and do adults require tickets?

Every guest over 2 will be included in the head count and will require a ticket (however, if guests are under 2 years-old, they will not require a ticket, but will be considered part of the party room head count).

May I bring my own decorations?

Sloomoo offers colorful plates, napkins, cups, and utensils. If you want additional décor (tablecloths, balloons, etc.), you are more than welcome to bring your own, but we do not allow adhesives on the walls.  There is an additional fee for installation, break down, and clean up of additional décor.

What are the available time slots for parties?

Typically, time slots run on the hour, but we may be flexible based on your needs.

What is the deposit amount, and is it refundable?

There is a non-refundable 50% deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • For cancellations 50 calendar days or more prior to the date of the event, the 50% deposit may be applied to a new event scheduled within a six (6) month window.
  • For cancellations within 30 calendar days of the event will result in the forfeit of 100% of the total estimated costs of your agreement.
  • Rescheduling your event requires 2 weeks advance notice.
Are there cleaning or overtime charges?

All applicable state, city and local taxes will be applied to party bookings along with an admin fee. Parties that go over their allotted time will be charged an additional $500 per hour. There will also be a cleaning fee of $500 if the room is left unkempt (items must be thrown in trash receptacles).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
