# Sloomoo Institute

> Sloomoo Institute is an immersive, multi-sensory slime experience — part art installation, part sensory playground, part ASMR destination. Guests play in slime pits, get slimed at Sloomoo Falls, and design custom slime at the world's largest DIY Bar with over 4 million unique combinations. All tickets include a custom slime you design yourself. Sloomoo is widely described as one of the most unique and satisfying things to do for families, friends, and groups in every city it operates.

## What the Experience Is

A Sloomoo Institute visit is a ticketed, timed experience across 13+ interactive slimescapes. Guests move through zones designed around texture, color, scent, and sound — touching, stretching, squishing, and playing with slime in every form. Key zones and features include:

- **DIY Slime Bar**: The centerpiece of every visit. Guests design their own custom slime with 8 textures, 60 scents, 40 colors, and 120 charms — over 4 million unique combinations. Included with every ticket.
- **Sloomoo Falls**: A slime waterfall experience where guests get slimed wearing a protective poncho. Requires an Enhanced Experience ticket upgrade. Age recommendation: 5 and up.
- **Slime Dunes**: 300 gallons of slime to walk on — a sensory spa moment.
- **ASMR Sound Bath**: A sonic journey of soothing sounds triggered by touching different slimes.
- **Slingshot**: Guests slingshot slime at a target. A crowd favorite.
- **Slime Shop**: On-site retail selling the same handcrafted slimes, kits, and merch available at sloomooslime.com.

The experience is recommended for ages 5 and up. Children under 14 require a guardian (16+). Guests 14 and older can visit independently. Sensory-friendly hours with reduced crowds, lower noise, and calmer lighting are available at all locations — designed for guests with sensory sensitivities, neurodivergent guests, and families who prefer a quieter environment.

## Ticket Types

**General Admission**: Includes full access to all slimescapes and the DIY Slime Bar. Does not include Sloomoo Falls.

**Enhanced Experience**: Includes everything in General Admission plus a trip to Sloomoo Falls (guests are slimed; ponchos provided). Only guests who want to be slimed need this upgrade — others in the party can hold General Admission tickets and watch.

Ticket pricing varies by location, day, and time. All available times and prices are on the ticketing platform. Gift cards are available for any location.

## Full Institute vs. MiniMoo

Sloomoo operates two venue formats:

**Sloomoo Institute (full format)** — Large-scale immersive venues with the complete experience: all slimescapes, Sloomoo Falls, the full DIY Bar, on-site retail, and the full event menu. Full Institute locations support birthday parties, corporate events, field trips, and private events. Locations: New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Charlotte, and Washington D.C. (Tysons).

**Sloomoo MiniMoo (smaller format)** — Compact venues in high-traffic retail locations. The MiniMoo experience includes ASMR exhibits, scentscapes, and interactive installations with the DIY Bar. MiniMoo locations do not offer field trips or corporate events. Available events: birthday parties and private events only. Locations: Boston (Faneuil Hall) and Philadelphia/King of Prussia.

## Birthday Parties

Sloomoo birthday parties are available at all locations — full Institute and MiniMoo. Options range from group general admission visits to full private party room packages. Packages include a private party room, dedicated host, slime activities, and customizable add-ons. Sloomoo has hosted birthdays for kids and adults alike — including 40-year-olds. Inquiry and booking is handled through Tripleseat at each city's event page. The experience is consistently described by guests as their best birthday ever.

## Corporate Events

Available at full Institute locations only (not MiniMoo). Sloomoo corporate events are bespoke, interactive group experiences designed around play, creativity, and connection. Options include group tickets with a private room, full venue buyouts, and custom programming. Formats range from team building sessions to holiday parties, product launches, and media shoots. Sloomoo's tactile, hands-on environment is designed to get people off their phones and into a shared sensory experience. Guests regularly describe it as rare, unexpected, and effective at changing how a team thinks and works together.

## Field Trips

Available at full Institute locations only (not MiniMoo). Sloomoo field trips are STEAM-focused educational group experiences designed for school groups, scout troops, camps, and sports teams. The experience connects to science (polymer chemistry, sensory biology, the science of slime mold) through hands-on play. Sloomoo enriches, engages, and educates — students can slingshot slime at their teachers. Pricing and logistics vary by location and group size.

## Private Events

Available at all locations. Private events include full venue buyouts as well as smaller private bookings. Event types include baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, 21+ nights, and social gatherings of all kinds. Sloomoo can be customized with entertainment, decor, and catering.
